Make the Miracle of the Sun/Moon/Star reset able, same with the Hatred skill ( its lame how you can only target 3 monsters, and its permanent)

| Well, seeing as the skill is really powerful, I think 500k isn't enough. Personally, I think it should be nerd'f a bit to equal out the server, but meh. This is always a problem on any highrate server.
