Those with lower stats are easier to make haha.
And 250 str and 250 agi is for like higher high rates or super high rates sorry XD

| tunahanbaba, do not push Keith upon this please. He's trying to buld every custom to be evenly balanced, and with well over 500 to handle it's not likely that all of then will have stats bonuses. Also, like Keith has stated this isn't a 3k/3k/3k or higher server. So the items will stay with low stat increases.

| Having items with more than +10 modifiers make them too powerful, and really throw things off balance. It's totally unnecessary
