mss32.dll is in Sakray [client files]. You might want to try reinstalling Sakray. If it still doesn't work, try to manually download and install mss32.dll with this link: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mss32
After you've installed it, just put it in your RO folder, and you should be good to go.
