Hello Asuna,
I have a question regarding loading an Emblem for your guild.
I already made an emblem 24x24 pixel .bmp and I have it saved in a folder called emblem in the RO folder.
The problem I have is that I can’t seem to load it. I know in other servers there is a guild skilled called “Guild Gory” and it allows you to load custom emblems for the guild but I can’t seem to find it amongst the list of Skills, could someone please help me. The guild lvl is 26, and I have the approval and guild extension skill already opened.

Actually, you don't even need the skill.
I added my emblem when I first created my guild and I didn't have any skill yet.

Make sure it is a 256 color .bmp, not 24 or 16. If it still doesnt work, try naming the folder "Emblem" instead of "emblem" (capital E)
