Well first get adobe photoshop or something like that.
Then get pictures and what not.
Then use the pictures to create your siggy.
You edit the pictures in anyway you want.
You can change the font for your siggy.
And then once you finished..
you show off the finished project.

I never figured out how to change and messround with sprites I can do them its just may not turn out the best if you want the effects around it
Elsewise you have a pic of a RO character in game sitting i can do that
But ima ask you to zoom in. elsewise pic quality is horrible xD So Elsewise..You send me like a picture of anime [Where i get most mine from haha]
Or any other pic i could easily do one and lemme know what you want it to say
Just specify if you want a certain color scheme or not and ill work on it next week during school [Is when i usually do lmao cuz nothing to do then xD] All my siggys are 100 height by 500 width Please and thank you ;D
