Bug with Crazy Novice NPC

There is a bug with the Crazy Novice NPC. I got all the items that it required and instead of Phoenix Wings it took my gems and gave me Torn Wings. I reported this to Etna who was online at the time. She just could not get the NPC to work. I really need this fixed to level my Baby Super Novice.

I'm confirming the report.

I was there and tested it out myself, and it gave me the same message it did when I said I did not have the items. I am guessing either an exit error, or possibly a wrong item ID. I tried it with Garlets, cracked, 1carat, 2carat. and 3carat diamonds... still no idea.
